Description

This project is an extension of the Monitoring System for Light Barriers project, which provided the possibility to monitor multiple light barriers systems (multiple monitoring devices where each of them gets connected to a set of different light barriers) at once.

Just like the Monitoring System for the single Light Barriers application, it was also developed on Windows using C++ and the MFC library. The language for the user interface (UI) was also specified in German. The device consisted also of an electronics board including among other things a PIC18F452 microcontroller from Microchip, which managed the connection and the monitoring process of multiple light barrier systems. Below there are some images of the system depicted.
