In this project, a user interface was developed, which was executed on Windows Server and provided a remote measurement for the radio quality GSM mobile phone. For this process, a Stabilock Communication Analyzer 4032 from Wavetek was used which was connected to the server and to the mobile phone. After ending the setup the operator had to start the measurement process on the server manually. The monitoring process was executed by a DLL which was loaded into the system at startup and was executed until the operator stopped it. The acquired measured data got forwarded via the intranet of the State Engineering School of Hannover (Germany) to each potential registered client. The result of the measurement was displayed on the client-side by a webpage. The clients were only able to display the data and to change the update interval value of the webpage which was specified in seconds.

To obtain the data onto the server from the Wavetek device, an ISAPI (Internet Server Application Programming Interface) DLL was developed in C/C++. The language for the user interfaces was specified to German. Below there are some images of the system depicted.
